Any phase in the result video can now be slowed down or accelerated

In dynamic tests, there are always phases in which sometimes more or sometimes less happens. For example, in a crash test, the impact phase is very interesting. The approach to the obstacle phase, however, is less relevant.

Previously, the result videos were always played at a constant speed, i.e. number of frames per second.

With this new function, sections in the result video can now be shown accelerated or slowed down as desired. This makes it easier for the viewer to follow the test, as the viewer has more time to follow movements in the video and measurements.

This form of representation is perfect for the following applications:

  • quickly running through less interesting phases (e.g. approach to the obstacle)
  • slowing down during interesting and important phases (e.g. impact)
